Welcome to Turf Elevated. By accessing our website at www.turfelevated.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Turf Elevated provides artificial turf installation, landscaping, and related services to residential and commercial customers in the Ogden, Utah area and surrounding regions. The specific scope of work, pricing, and timeline for any project will be outlined in a written estimate or agreement provided to you prior to the start of work.

• All estimates provided by Turf Elevated are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted
• Estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit or consultation. Final pricing may be adjusted if site conditions, measurements, or project scope differ from the original assessment
• Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties before additional work begins
• Turf Elevated reserves the right to decline any project at its discretion

• A deposit may be required prior to the start of any project. Deposit amounts will be specified in your estimate
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Payments are processed through Jobber or QuickBooks Online. Turf Elevated does not store or have access to your payment card information
• Unpaid balances beyond 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee or collection proceedings

• Project start dates are estimates and may be subject to change due to weather, material availability, or other factors outside our control
• Turf Elevated will make reasonable efforts to communicate any scheduling changes in a timely manner
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the project site is accessible and prepared as outlined in the estimate on the agreed start date

To ensure a successful project, customers agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project site and scope during the estimate process
• Ensure clear access to the project area on scheduled work days
• Notify Turf Elevated of any underground utilities, irrigation lines, or other site conditions that may affect the installation
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals prior to the start of work, unless otherwise agreed

• Turf Elevated warrants all labor and installation workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, pet damage, acts of nature, or modifications made by anyone other than Turf Elevated
• Turf product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from Turf Elevated's labor warranty. Manufacturer warranty details will be provided upon request

Turf Elevated's liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

• Customers may cancel a scheduled project with at least 48 hours written notice without penalty
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs
• If a deposit has been paid and materials have been ordered, the deposit may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Weber County, Utah.
